A Vintage Soul in a Modern World: Maddisun Live at The Vintage Venture

When we heard Maddisun was coming from British Columbia to visit us at The Vintage Venture, we knew we had to do something special. Since she’s famous for touring in her own vintage Chevy, we tracked down a classic 1974 Chevette specifically for this shoot to make her feel right at home.

In this beautiful, sun-soaked session, the BC artist performs a stripped-back set, including her hit "Pumpkin Pie" and the title track from her latest album, "The Pages"; amongst others. There’s a raw, nostalgic energy in these performances that captures exactly what Pick 22 is all about—great music, classic style, and community spirit.

And huge thank you to Maddisun for making the trek down from Toronto via BC to share her songs and for letting us put her behind the wheel of that '78 Chevette (aka Mable) provided by our shop friend Ryan.
