Event Description

In 2012 I left Ontario and arrived in the Cowichan Valley with a seed of hope that I might heal a life's worth of futile patterns that had kept me in addictive behaviours, various abusive relationships and physically struggling to remain alive at 53 years old. Through body, mind, spirit therapies at Time To Heal, Treatment & Workshop Facility I've learned to allow myself to enjoy “feelings” and build on the self denied potential of my life. I am a self taught, intuitive and “always eager to reach new heights” artist. I have always been creatively inspired, although it has only been since 2013 that I became ignited through painting.
