How else could we kick off Victoria's 23rd Annual Ska & Reggae Festival other than welcoming one of the biggest, coolest reggae bands in the world to our main stage for a FREE kick-off show? New Zealand's THREE HOUSES DOWN feat. GENERAL FIYAH finally makes their Victoria debut and we could hardly be more excited.
