Our Fall Season Starts Thursday, September 11, 2025!
SingYourJoy (SYJ) Children’s Choruses were formed in September 2017 with a goal of providing a non-auditioned, affordable community choir for children and youth. Through weekly rehearsals and several performance opportunities during the year, these children learn musical and life skills. They learn to cooperate as a group, encouraging and motivating each other to reach their potential.
the Inspire Program, (ages 6-11) rehearses from 3:45pm to 4:45pm on Thursdays.
the Emerge Program, (ages 11-16) rehearses from 5pm to 6pm on Thursday evenings.
Rehearsals take place at James Bay United Church, 511 Michigan St. Victoria BC V8V 1S1
SingYourJoy is a non-auditioned family of choirs serving Greater Victoria. We believe that everyone can sing and we strive to remove all barriers to participation. Children, youth and young adults experience the joy of learning new skills, building friendships and growing community as they make magical music together.
