Celebrate Thanksgiving with your family at The Cove Inn on Sunday October 12th, 2025 with a delicious, plentiful, traditional Thanksgiving dinner and music by Eric Uren & Meghan Balogh from 5-8pm.
Don’t mess with a classic. Enjoy traditional turkey buffet dinner with starter soup, turkey dinner with all the trimmings + dessert! Pair it with the ethereal folk sounds of Eric Uren & Meghan Balogh!
Meghan Balogh spent years studying classical piano and violin before delving into the world of Irish fiddle music. She grew up immersed in folk music, and currently plays fiddle and sings as a member of bands in Kingston and Prince Edward County including Seventh Town, The Gertrudes and No Great Mischief. She can be found playing for Irish ceili dances around eastern Ontario with the Seventh Town Ceili Band (https://seventhtown.ca/ceili-band), and as a fixture with Kingston’s Irish session. Most recently, she has been touring with JUNO award winning Folk Legend, David Francey!
Eric Uren has been performing in clubs and pubs across Canada and Europe for over 25 years. His straightforward, honest delivery of well-known songs by artists like Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, Neil Young, Johnny Cash and Steve Earle connect with audiences of all ages. He is a warm and personable performer who excels at creating a friendly, social atmosphere wherever he takes the stage.
