8:15am - "Melissa's Express" Shuttle Bus begins* – Moxy Banff Hotel (555 Banff Ave) & Train Station

9:00am - Race Site and Expo Opens - Banff Recreation Grounds

10:00am – Pre-Race Warm-Up – West Stage

10:30am - Races Start! - Sundance Road (Banff Recreation Grounds)

10:45am – Beer Gardens Open – Pavilion

11:00am – Hot Tamales perform – Pavilion

11:00am – Live Entertainment - West Stage

11:45am – Meet Chandra Crawford, Olympic Champion Cross-Country Skier

12:00pm – 5K Awards Ceremony - West Stage

12:30pm – Yoga in the Park – West Stage

1:00pm – 10K Awards Ceremony - West Stage

1:30pm – Live Entertainment - West Stage

2:00pm – Half Marathon Awards Ceremony - Banff Recreation Grounds – West Stage
