A blind man decided to challenge the impossible climb for his family. On May 24th, 2021, Zhang Hong, a blind Chinese man, successfully reached the summit of Mount Everest from the southern slope with the assistance of his team guides, becoming the first blind person in Asia to climb Everest. This achievement came 25 years after he lost his sight. 89min

Immerse yourself in captivating stories of exploration, courage, and mountain culture. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or simply love a great film, these evenings promise inspiration, connection, and a good dose of adrenaline.
Enjoy a fresh pint, meet fellow outdoor enthusiasts, and get inspired by epic mountain tales from around the Rockies. These gatherings are all about celebrating our mountain community - come be part of it!
Tickets are just $10 ($15 at the door). Only 100 tickets per showing.
Films titles will be announced 2 weeks prior to each showing on the Canmore Brewing Company Instagram and Facebook (@canmorebrewing).
Funds raised from ticket sales will go directly to the filmmakers.
