Fronted by Amie Said, Viva Santana delivers exactly that. Amie has been performing the music of Santana since childhood, absorbing the phrasing, sustain, and emotional intensity that define Santana’s unmistakable sound. His playing captures not only the iconic tone, but the spiritual and rhythmic essence that makes this music timeless.
Amie is also the founder of Coco Jafro, a respected Latin band known for its powerful grooves, rich percussion, and deep rhythmic authenticity. That background shines through in Viva Santana, where the rhythm section is just as vital as the guitar—driving, danceable, and relentlessly alive.
